Fixed a few gameplay bugs.

• Orderly's sound max distance is further
• Light switched other hand
• Added basic difficulty options in the beginning:
  • Easy gives the player 10 days instead of 5
  • Normal gives includes the orderly's sound fix
  • Hard puts the sound fix back at ninja mode essentially 4m instead of 8m away
• Orderly picks the furthest patrol point when changing states now instead of closest patrol point
