The Orderly no longer instantly spots the player. There is a little bit of "realization time" baked in based on the difficulty. Each difficulty has a different speed at which he spots you. Will need to dial this in in the future.

Easy
- 10 days instead of 5 days to complete
- The orderly takes the longest amount of time to spot the player
Normal
- Orderly takes a normal amount of time to spot the player
Hard
- Orderly spots player nearly instantly
- Debating on removing vision indicator. Currently still in.
Many small bug fixes including the player no longer making walking sounds when crouching, forcing the player to stand up when waking up after being medicated, and several menuing
